Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CoinParty ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CoinParty. By registering you confirm you are 18 or older and that using this Service is lawful where you live. You are responsible for knowing your local laws.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to farm bonuses or evade bans is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.

3. Coins

• Coins have no cash value outside the Service.
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts except through features we explicitly provide.
• Coin purchases are final. See section 7 for refunds.
• We may adjust coin prices, package sizes, game odds, and payout multipliers at any time.
• Coins you obtained through a bug, exploit, chargeback, or fraud may be removed.

4. Games and fairness

Game outcomes are produced by a random number generator. The Service operates with a built-in house margin, meaning that over time the total amount paid out is less than the total amount wagered. You should expect to lose coins over time. Play for entertainment, never as a way to make money.

We do not alter individual outcomes to target specific players.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate other users or staff.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or otherwise prohibited.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or exploits to interact with the Service.
• Attempt to break, probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts, coins, or items for real money outside the Service.

Breaking these rules may result in content removal, coin forfeiture, suspension, or permanent ban without refund.

6. Voice rooms and user content

You are responsible for what you say and share. You grant us a licence to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service. We may remove content and moderate rooms at our discretion. Rooms may be monitored for safety and abuse.

7. Payments and refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Coins are delivered to your balance immediately on successful payment.
• Because coins are delivered instantly and consumed in play, purchases are generally non-refundable.
• If you were charged in error or coins were not delivered, contact support@coinparty.io and we will investigate.
• Filing a fraudulent chargeback will result in permanent account termination.
• Where local consumer law grants you a refund right, that right still applies.

8. Diamonds and cashing out

• Diamonds are earned only when other users send you gifts. They cannot be purchased.
• You may convert diamonds to coins instantly, at the rate shown in the app.
• You may also cash out by sending diamonds to an approved coin reseller. CoinParty does not pay you and does not hold your money. The reseller pays you directly, outside the platform, on terms you agree with them.
• Coin resellers are independent third parties, not employees or agents of CoinParty. We approve who may operate as one and we record every transfer, but the payment itself is between you and them. If a reseller does not pay you, contact us — we can see exactly what was sent and will act on our approval of that reseller, but we are not liable for the amount owed.
• Diamonds sent to a reseller are sent immediately and cannot be recalled. Check who you are sending to.
• We may decline or reverse a cash-out we believe involves fraud, abuse, collusion, or gift-farming between related accounts.
• The diamond-to-USD rate and the minimum cash-out amount are shown in the app and may change.
• You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.

9. VIP status

VIP tiers are a cosmetic and status feature based on your activity. VIP confers no ownership rights and can be changed, restructured, or withdrawn. Where VIP requires ongoing activity to maintain, the requirements will be shown to you in the app.

10. Play responsibly

Only spend what you can comfortably afford to lose. If playing stops being fun, or you feel you are spending more than you intended, take a break or contact us to limit or close your account. If you feel your play is becoming compulsive, please seek support from a qualified organisation in your country.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, or where required by law or by our payment providers. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused coins are forfeited on closure and are not refundable.

12. Availability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, bugs, connectivity problems, or lost coins caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where the law does not allow such limitation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim arose.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
